The 10th Easthampstead Golf Club Tour will be to Belek, Turkey departing Sunday 23rd September 2012.
As in 2011, we will stay at the Sirene Belek Hotel (http://www.sirene.com.tr/sirenebelek.asp?lang=EN) on an all-inclusive basis for a 7 nights stay, 5 rounds of golf and all transport to and from airports and courses . The courses are: Pasha x 2, Sultan, Montgomerie and Kaya Eagles and are all within 15 minutes drive of the hotel. The current cost for golfers is £1055, and non-golfers £845 . The final cost is dependent on final numbers, Euro/£ exchange rate and how early we complete the booking of the flights. Overall the cost is about £150 and £100 respectively cheaper than last year.
Not included in the cost is a £10 Turkish Visa, buggy hire and prize money . You will also need to obtain your own travel insurance.
The flights are with Monarch airlines and depart from Gatwick on the afternoon of Sunday 23rd September and arrive back in Gatwick about 2335 on Sunday 30th September. The booking is ATOL protected.
The non-refundable deposit is £240 per person. This needs to be paid by cheque payable to Easthampstead Golf Club and given to Jim Spencer or placed in the club box no later than 24rd November 2011. The balance to be paid either in instalments or a lump sum by 2nd July 2012. There are a limited number of places on the tour.
